Chris Battista is one of Western North Carolina’s most experienced and successful real estate professionals, with over 20 years in the industry and more than 500 properties sold across Henderson, Transylvania, Buncombe, and Polk Counties. As a native of Flat Rock and graduate of Hendersonville High School, Chris brings unmatched local expertise, deep community ties, and a strategic, results-driven approach to every transaction.

Before launching his real estate career, Chris earned a B.S. in Textile and Apparel Management from NC State University and served as Director of Licensing and National Sales for a major home fashion brand. In 2005, he transitioned to real estate full time—and has since become one of the region’s most consistent top producers.

Chris works closely with his wife and business partner, Annie Battista, a licensed Realtor and Hendersonville native. Annie brings a strong background in hospitality and client care, ensuring that every buyer and seller receives personalized support and seamless communication throughout the entire process.
