Shannan Laudet is the founder and team leader of Adept Real Estate, serving Kitsap County and beyond with over two decades of industry expertise. She began her career during the Great Recession, when many REALTORS® were leaving the profession. With no preconceived expectations and a determination to provide for her family, Shannan thrived in the challenging market, quickly becoming one of the area’s most successful agents.

Her philosophy—rooted in gratitude, honor, and respect—has been the cornerstone of her career. In 2017, she co-founded Real Estate by TLC, which was voted the Best Real Estate Company in Bremerton in its first year. She later launched Adept Real Estate to remain nimble and responsive to evolving market conditions, always prioritizing client needs.

Shannan’s expertise spans residential sales, investment properties, and strategic market analysis.
