Vince Grant is a veteran real estate broker and the driving force behind Grant Team Properties RE/MAX Elite, serving the greater Puget Sound region since 1989. A University of Washington Business School graduate with concentrations in finance and accounting, Vince began his real estate career after years of hands-on experience managing and investing in properties. His early exposure to the industry—helping his father with investment properties and watching his mother succeed in sales—sparked a lifelong passion for real estate. Today, he owns 13 investment properties himself and uses this insight to advise clients on everything from residential sales to investment strategies.
